Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms govern the use of coliswift.com and the ColiSwift platform by sellers and their teams. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them.
1. The service
ColiSwift provides e-commerce fulfilment for cash-on-delivery sellers: order reception and confirmation, warehousing, preparation, delivery through our network and partners, returns handling, and reporting. The exact services, countries and fees are set in the seller's service agreement or price list.
2. Accounts
one account per seller; you are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping credentials confidential. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
3. Seller obligations
you guarantee that the products you sell are lawful, correctly described and that you may lawfully collect your customers' data. You keep product references (SKU), stock and prices accurate on the platform, as they drive confirmation and invoicing.
4. Connected services and Google Sheets
by connecting a store, a courier or a Google Sheets file, you authorise ColiSwift to read the orders or rows you selected, to create orders from them and to write status information back to the connected service. You can disconnect at any time; orders already created remain in the platform. You remain responsible for the content of your files and stores.
5. Fees and payouts
fees follow the agreed price list and are deducted from the cash collected on your delivered orders; payouts are made according to the agreed schedule, after any returns, refunds and disputes are settled. Invoices are available in the platform.
6. Stock and goods
goods stored in our warehouses remain your property. You receive stock movements in the platform; discrepancies must be reported within the period stated in your agreement.
7. Availability
we aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it; planned maintenance is announced when possible. Integrations depend on third-party services (Google, Shopify, YouCan, WooCommerce, couriers) whose availability we do not control.
8. Acceptable use
no unlawful products, no abusive or fraudulent orders, no attempts to access other sellers' data or to disrupt the service.
9. Liability
to the extent permitted by law, our liability for a given order is limited to the fees charged for that order; we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by inaccurate data you provided or by third-party services.
10. Termination
you may close your account at any time once outstanding orders and settlements are completed; we may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, with notice where possible.
11. Data protection
the processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
