ColiSwift Partner API
Connect your application to ColiSwift sellers: push orders, read the catalogue, adopt COD Drop products and receive signed webhooks.
ColiSwift runs cash-on-delivery e-commerce for sellers: it receives their orders, calls the customer to confirm, stores the stock, ships, collects the cash and pays the seller. The Partner API lets an outside application act for a seller who has said yes — the same way a seller acts on their own dashboard.
How it fits together
- You build on the sandbox with apps you create yourself (Sandbox and testing); for production ColiSwift reviews your integration, registers your own app and gives you a
client_id, aclient_secretand a webhook signing secret (Apps and credentials). - A seller clicks « Connect » in your product. You send them to the ColiSwift consent page; they sign in and approve the permissions (scopes) you asked for.
- You exchange the returned code for an access token bound to that one seller (OAuth).
- You call the API with that token. Every call is about that seller and nobody else — there is no seller id parameter anywhere.
- ColiSwift POSTs signed events to your webhook URL as the seller’s orders, products and adoptions change (Webhooks).
Concepts
Seller
A ColiSwift customer account that sells products. A token always belongs to exactly one seller (the one who approved your app). GET /me tells you who: name, company, e-mail and the countries they sell in.
Store (boutique)
A shop the seller runs (a Shopify store, a landing page…). Optional on orders and products, useful to file orders by shop. Stores are listed in GET /me and managed with GET/POST /stores.
Order (lead)
Inside ColiSwift an order is called a lead: it is created unconfirmed (status: "new"), a call-centre agent rings the customer, the order is confirmed and locked for shipping ("confirmed", or "cancelled" if the customer says no), and it is delivered by a driver ("shipped", then "delivered" or "returned"). Your app sees only the orders it created (or claimed) — never those of the seller’s other channels.
Products and variants
A product has a reference (the SKU you put on order lines), per-country prices, and optional variants (each with its own SKU).
COD Drop (Swift Dropshipping) and adoptions
COD Drop is ColiSwift’s dropshipping catalogue: a *creator* seller publishes a product; another seller (a *reseller*) adopts it, sets their own sale price, and sells it without holding stock. On each delivered unit the reseller pays the COD Drop price. Through the API your app can browse that catalogue, adopt on the seller’s behalf, and is told by webhook (adoption.created, adoption.updated, adoption.removed) when an adoption is created, changed, paused, blocked or removed.
Countries and currencies
Countries are ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes (MA, …). A seller may only use the countries of their profile: GET /me → seller.countries. Any country filter or countryCode outside that list is refused with 403 COUNTRY_NOT_ALLOWED. Each order carries the currency frozen on it. All money is a decimal string in major units ("299.00"), never a JSON number — see Conventions.
